By Car:  From Varenna, head north and turn right onto Via per Esino (you can use the Varenna-Esino Train Station as a reference point). Drive 1.4 km and the property—Via per Esino 25—will be on your left. You’ll see two main gate entrances; please use the upper gate, which leads to a large private parking area that accommodates up to 3 cars.

By Train: Upon arriving at the Varenna-Esino Train Station, you can reach the property by taxi, private transfer, bus, or on foot via a scenic pedestrian staircase. 

By Ferry: If you arrive at the Varenna Ferry Terminal, you can also take a taxi, private transfer, bus, or walk to the property using the same pedestrian path.

By Bus:  From the train station or ferry terminal, take the D21 Bus in the direction of Esino Lario. After about 5 minutes, get off at Perledo - Vezio. From there, walk 100 meters uphill to the property and enter through the upper gate.

A Note on Walking: The property is approximately 350 meters from the Varenna-Esino Train Station—about a 10-minute uphill walk that includes both road and pedestrian staircases. From the Varenna Ferry Terminal, the distance is roughly 750 meters. If you're carrying luggage, we strongly recommend arranging a ride up the hill for a more comfortable arrival. We are happy to provide recommendations for taxi and private transfers.
